James Hardie Siding & Anlin Windows Installation in Roseville, CA 95661
The change here is hard to miss from the street: this Roseville home went from tired, weathered siding to a clean coat of Boothbay Blue with crisp Arctic White trim framing every edge. The deep blue reads coastal and confident, and the bright trim sharpens the lines around the windows, eaves, and corners. New windows and patio doors finished the look and gave the whole exterior a fresh, finished feel.
Our crew started by tearing off the old siding and inspecting the walls underneath, repairing dry rot and re-sheathing with OSB where the substrate needed it for a sound, solid base. We wrapped the house in a weather barrier and detailed every opening with Forti-Flash and z-flashing to keep moisture out, then hung James Hardie fiber cement lap siding in Boothbay Blue with 1x4 fiber-cement trim painted Arctic White. We caulked and sealed throughout and painted the eaves, fascia, and foundation to tie it all together.
On the window side, we installed six new Anlin vinyl windows and two sliding patio doors with white frames and Low-E glass, using obscure glass in the spots that needed privacy. About 75 linear feet of new gutters went up to handle runoff, and we reset the downspouts and house numbers once the siding was complete.
