James Hardie Siding & Anlin Catalina Windows in Sacramento, CA 95831

The owners of this Sacramento home wanted the front elevation to look sharper and hold up better against the weather, and that's exactly what the finished facade delivers. We re-clad the front of the house in James Hardie horizontal lap siding and swapped in new Anlin Catalina windows, giving the entry a cleaner, more current face. During tear-off our crew found and repaired dry rot, so the new siding went on over sound, properly prepped framing.

The siding is primed James Hardie horizontal lap, painted in a gray field with crisp trim to frame the windows and gables. We worked through roughly 52 squares of exterior surface, including repairs to the barge boards and gable areas before priming and painting. The white-framed Anlin Catalina windows are a Title 24-compliant, energy-efficient pick that brightens the look while cutting heat gain. An Aged Pewter accent color ties the trim details together.
