Showroom Visit & Material Selection
Next you'll visit our Rocklin design showroom. You can see, touch, and compare the materials we work with: Cambria quartz, Masterbrand cabinetry, tile, flooring, and fixtures from brands like Kohler and Moen. Our designers help you build a cohesive look. The finished kitchen should feel like one intentional design, not a collection of separate choices.
Detailed Proposal & 3D Design
Before you sign anything, you receive an itemized proposal with clear pricing, a project schedule, and 3D renderings of your new kitchen. Change something now, not during install. This is where we work out the details that make the difference: outlet placement, cabinet interiors, countertop overhangs, and backsplash transitions.
Permits, Scheduling & Demo
Once you approve the design, we pull plans and permits, schedule your project, and set a start date. Your project manager walks you through what to expect on demo day and how the job will flow. You'll have one person to call with any question at any point in the project.
In-House Construction
Demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile, cabinetry, stone fabrication, paint, and final fixtures are all handled by GVD crews on a schedule your project manager owns. The time and attention that Patrick took to spend with me just solidified my decision to go with his company. I wanted to be very thorough so I did get multiple estimates even after meeting with Patrick and honestly, GVD's bid blew all of the others out of the water. Not necessarily in price because he was 100% correct, it was in fact right in the middle of all of the other bids I had received.
