James Hardie Siding & Milgard Windows in North Highlands, CA 95660
Tucked into a North Highlands neighborhood, this home now wears a warm taupe-and-brown exterior that reads far more current than its original siding. Our crew re-clad the house in James Hardie fiber cement, swapped in new Milgard windows, and topped it all off with a fresh roof, gutters, and a covered patio. The result is a tighter, better-protected envelope with a finish that holds its color and stands up to the weather.
We installed James Hardie ColorPlus siding in Monterey Taupe with Timber Bark trim, a cedar-finish texture that brings some grain and character to the walls. The window package is Milgard Trinsic in white, chosen for clean sightlines and energy efficiency, and we also replaced the front entry door and the garage entry door with a Masonite slab. New 5/4 fascia board went in across roughly 145 linear feet, along with 145 linear feet of steel gutters in Colonial Gray and matching downspouts. On the roof, we laid Owens Corning shingles in Sierra Gray, and the eaves were painted to complete the exterior.
Out back, we built a Duralum insulated patio cover in Sandalwood, giving the homeowners a shaded, low-maintenance spot to use the yard through the warmer months.
