GVD Renovations fully remodeled a hall bathroom in El Dorado Hills, CA, taking it down to the studs and rebuilding it with durable materials and cohesive design elements that tie into the home’s overall aesthetic.
The hall bath was also taken down to the studs and rebuilt. A standard bathtub was installed with new plumbing fixtures, and the wet area was waterproofed using the HYDRO-BLOK system. The walls were tiled and included a built-in recessed niche. New tile flooring and baseboards were installed to complete the foundation.
Coordinating Diamond semi-custom cabinetry was used for the vanity, with the same slab from the master bath repurposed for a cohesive look. Electrical improvements included a new exhaust fan and a proximity sensor switch. The bathroom was finished with selected fixtures and accessories, along with a complete paint refresh.
