Our team completed a full remodel of this small bathroom, transforming the space into a bright, refreshed, and highly functional room. We began by fully demolishing the original bathroom and managing all necessary permits and inspections for a smooth renovation process.
A new bathtub, toilet, and shower fixtures were installed along with recessed lighting and a new exhaust fan meeting California Title 24 compliance. We waterproofed the tub/shower surround using the HYDRO-BLOK system and installed fresh tile on the walls with a built-in niche for added functionality.
To elevate the bathroom’s flooring, we installed luxury vinyl plank throughout the space and added new baseboards for a clean finish. The new vanity, sink, and faucet were installed with precision, and the walls and ceiling received a fresh coat of paint. Final touches included upgraded accessories such as towel bars, hooks, and a mirror, completing the transformation.
