We selected GVD Renovations after evaluating five other proposals. Their reputation, reviews, and James Hardie siding expertise along with competitive pricing were the deciding factors. Our project included removal of the old siding and demo of an old rotted deck. The installation of James Hardie Artisan V groove siding, El Dorado stacked stone veneer, and painting the siding, gutters, and downspouts. The siding and painting teams worked hard every day with attention to detail. They communicated any questions or concerns as needed. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the end result. These guys did a tremedous job. Serge was the team leader of my project. He did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the project status. Through his efforts, the project was completed ahead of schedule with high quality results. I appreciate all he did to make the project a success. My overall experience has been great. My house had many wood sidings with dry rot replaced, sunroom demolished, wood beams removed and entire house painted. The workers came on time, courteous, worked hard and fast and yet delivered quality product. Communications with the workers and owner were maintained throughout the process.
