Kitchen Remodel in Elk Grove, CA 95757
Set in one of Elk Grove's established neighborhoods off the 95757, this kitchen got a warm, current look while keeping its existing footprint. We kept the layout the same and rebuilt around new cabinetry, stone, and a tile backsplash, then carried the design onto one accent wall with shiplap plank. The result is a richer, more finished room that still works the way the homeowners are used to.
At the center are Waypoint 460S Maple cabinets in a Cognac finish, topped with MSI Calacatta Vicenza countertops for a soft white-and-veined contrast against the wood tones. For the backsplash we installed Floor & Décor's Zellige Opal Pearl tile, a handmade-look glazed ceramic with subtle variation, finished with Schluter brushed nickel trim at the edges. The sink area is built around a Blanco Diamond single-bowl in Metallic Gray, fitted with a matching disposal flange and a stainless basin rack. We also wrapped one wall in shiplap plank to give the space a textured focal point.
