Siding & Window Replacement in Roseville, CA 95747
Careful prep made the difference on this 1988 Roseville home. Before any new siding went up, our crew pulled the old substrate, sheeted the walls in fresh OSB for a sound, even backing, and repaired the dry rot we uncovered along the way. That groundwork is what lets the new CraneBoard sit flat and tight across all four sides, and it's the kind of detail that doesn't show but holds up for decades.
We wrapped the house in roughly 39 squares of CraneBoard Solid Core insulated vinyl, a panel with a Neopor insulation core, graphite radiant barrier, and a milled cedar-grain texture that knocks down outside noise by around 45 percent. The body went on in Mocha with Pearl trim, and we set off one elevation in Canyon as an accent. Eighteen new Anlin Monte Verde windows in white frames followed - argon-filled with Low-E 366 glass - including a garden window and an obscure-glass unit for bathroom privacy. An 8-foot Ply Gem sliding patio door in clear glass opened up the back, while a Masonite steel fire-rated white door replaced the garage entry.
To finish the exterior, we installed about 155 linear feet of pre-primed 2x6 Douglas Fir barge-rafter fascia, then power-washed and repainted the eaves all the way around the house.
