Where the old siding came off, our crew opened the walls to check the framing and addressed dry rot in the structural members before any new material went up.

The siding comes from the James Hardie Statement Collection with the factory-baked ColorPlus finish, installed over a HardieWrap weather barrier for moisture protection.
