In a quiet Fair Oaks neighborhood, this master bathroom went from a dated, dim layout to a bright, calm space designed for soaking and unwinding. We reworked the floor plan with a free-standing tub as the new centerpiece and a separate walk-in shower, then opened up the lighting so the whole room reads clean and airy.
Our crew handled the demolition and rebuilt the wet areas with new tile on the shower walls and floor, including a recessed shampoo niche. We set a free-standing tub, installed a new shower valve and trim in a brushed nickel finish, and fitted the walk-in shower with a clear-glass pivot door. The lighting scope included replacing the existing fixtures with LED recessed cans and adding fixtures over the new layout, plus a dedicated GFCI line for safe, code-correct power in the bathroom.
