Master & Guest Bath Remodel in Rocklin, CA 95677

HYDRO-BLOK waterproofing sits behind every tiled surface in both of these Rocklin bathrooms, and that was the right call for a long-lasting wet area on a raised foundation. We took the master and guest baths down to the studs, reworked the layout, and rebuilt them around tile, quartz, and semi-custom cabinetry. In the master, the original tub was pulled out entirely and the plumbing converted for a walk-in shower; in the guest bath, a fresh tub-and-shower surround replaced the old setup. Both rooms now read clean and current while functioning better day to day.

The master shower is built on a low-profile pan with a tiled mosaic floor, full-height tile walls, a framed bench, and a frameless pivot glass door. We added a pony wall at the bench and waterproofed the whole enclosure with the HYDRO-BLOK panel system before any tile went up. Both vanities are Waypoint semi-custom cabinets with 400 Series doors, topped with prefabricated quartz counters and matching 6-inch backsplashes. Underfoot, tile flooring runs through both rooms over new baseboards, and the guest tub/shower walls were tiled to match the overall scheme.

Part of the master work involved removing a non-load-bearing wall to reshape the space, then taping and texturing the adjacent surfaces to blend in. We finished both rooms with new floor-mount toilets, replacement exhaust fans, fresh paint on walls, trim, and ceilings, and a new set of accessories, mirrors, and sconces.
