Complete Kitchen Remodel in El Dorado Hills, CA 95762

The kitchen in this El Dorado Hills home now works the way the family actually cooks and gathers, with a longer island that gives everyone room to spread out and a wash of even light overhead instead of the old single-fixture glare. We extended the island roughly a foot to add prep space and seating, then crowned it with a pair of pendants for task lighting where it matters most. The result is a brighter, more functional space that flows right into the new flooring running through the room.

Our crew pulled the dated light box and replaced it with recessed LED cans on a dimmer for adjustable everyday lighting. The cabinetry was painted in Sherwin-Williams Green for a clean, warm look, with one cabinet section modified to fit the revised layout. New quartz counters were installed throughout, and we finished the room with MDF baseboard to tie the flooring and walls together cleanly. Before any work began, we cleared out the fragile and breakable furnishings to protect them through the build.
